Class Overview

The Cardio Fitness sessions are a great way to keep fit. Gather some friends and get your workout by moving to the beats of your favourite tunes. This total body workout is great value for money with a friendly atmosphere to suit. The Kickboxing Fitness sessions are a friendly way to keep fit, using pads to kick and punch with various combinations, floor work, keeping the heart rate up and at the same time learn some life skills. This training is suitable for males and females. Beginners Most Welcome. Classes to suit males and females.
