The Cardio Fitness sessions are a great way to keep fit.  Gather some friends and get your workout by moving to the beats of your favourite tunes.  This total body workout is great value for money with a friendly atmosphere to suit.  You won’t be disappointed, so come and give it a try!

Cardio Karate is  a combination of Karate and aerobic exercises and  is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit gymnasiums in recent years. These workouts, which are inspired by martial arts, have motivated many people.

This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.

Tests have been conducted in order to evaluate how doing Cardio Karate can help the human body.  It was found that during a one-hour Cardio Karate  workout, you can burn from 500 to 800 calories, which is twice the calories you burn during a one-hour step-aerobics class.
