Personal Training

Personal Training is a wonderful one on one training, involving various exercises to reach your goal and designed to push you outside your comfort zone.  Focusing on functional movements to target all the major muscle groups and give you a good workout.  You will be able to structure your workouts using the most safe and effective exercises for your body type.  It helps your achieve a level of results that most people would never be able to achieve on their own.

One-on-One Training: Dedicated one on one training, check out the process:

  • Meet & Greet – Determine are we right for you, work out what you are looking for and want to achieve.

  • Assessment – Postural assessment, body measurements, determine fitness level base.

  • Program Creation – Create an “in studio” training program.

  • Train – Approx. 45 – 60 min session of personally instructed exercise.

  • Review – Periodic re-assessment of progress.
